Decision Design delivers a keynote on how Deakin Uni used its behaviourally-driven growth system to supercharge enrolments.

Michael Sankey, PhD, director and behavioural scientist at Decision Design, and Jessica McCartney, director of brand and marketing communications at Deakin University (now managing director of learning at Decision Design), shared a unique case study, showing how they have partnered to tap into behaviour and emotion science to increase market share.

Graduate Gain: Tapping into Behaviour and Emotion Science showed the audience how the development and ongoing optimisation of a behavioural-led growth system - including analytics, growth blueprint, go-to-market strategy and test and refinements - has moved the university from a challenger brand to a market leader in domestic enrolments.

The keynote covered not just the behaviour change science behind the strategy and the steps to implementation but also how the science had been practically and actionably applied, from marketing strategy and brand platforms to individual creative assets such as ads and eDMs.

Decision Design's growth system has supercharged the growth of some of the world's leading businesses - get in touch for an encore presentation or to discuss how we can help grow your business.
